Your new role
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
* Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good organisational and communication skills. Ideally, you will have relevant customer service experience within a call centre or similar environment. Good IT skills are essential, alongside data entry and general administration.
