Our Water contractor client is seeking a Design Manager to lead on Water and Wastewater treatment projects based out of their Aldermaston office on a permanent basis. As Design Manager, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team to bring water and wastewater infrastructure projects from project brief stage to the detailed design stage and into Construction. You will lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers and appointed consultants to successfully bring projects from concept to the implementation stage. You will lead in a one-team culture while actively contributing to your own skills and experience. Your role will be key in supporting a Framework Manager to achieve the transition of projects from design into the construction phase.
