We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our team working on major water and environmental projects as part of long-term capital investment programmes in AMP8. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that make a real difference to people and the planet. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders Assist in managing project scope, schedule, risks, costs, and resources Monitor project progress and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders Support health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases Attend site visits, design reviews, and construction meetings to gain end-to-end project insight What We’re Looking For: A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and the water industry Full UK driving licence (or w orking towards it ) What We Offer: Competitive graduate salary and benefits package A structured Graduate Development Programme We will support you achieve working towards your professional accreditation Exposure to major capital delivery programmes A supportive, collaborative team environment Why Join the @ ONE Alliance?
