Business Development Manager – Bournemouth / London Blackfriars
Location: London Blackfriars OR Bournemouth (Central). Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH.
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + OTE £53,500 Yr1, £70,300 Yr2 (Uncapped).
Work Schedule: Mon‑Fri 09:00‑17:30.

Role Overview
You will create pipeline, open opportunities, and win new customers for Glenigan’s construction intelligence solutions. You will prospect, qualify, and manage deals from first conversation to close in a modern, metrics‑led SaaS sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and win new customers.
* Build pipeline through outbound activity and thoughtful prospecting.
* Qualify leads and manage pipeline using CRM.
* Run a disciplined sales process: discovery, objection handling, and progression control.
* Maintain high activity standards and momentum in pipeline.
* Collaborate with wider commercial team to ensure smooth handovers and customer value.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven new‑business sales experience, preferably SaaS, subscription, data, media, lead‑generation or insight‑led solutions.
* Experience selling to B2B organisations; construction experience is a plus but not essential.
* Strong commercial questioning, listening, and solution‑selling skills.
* Organised, disciplined, and able to manage pipeline and follow‑through.
* Comfortable in a metrics‑driven, performance‑visible environment.
