Job Type: Full-Time | Locum Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday | up to 34hrs per week
Location: High Wycombe (HP12) | Onsite
Pay:Dependent on experience

What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber), you’ll work directly with GP practices and PCNs to:
* Optimise medication use and outcomes in long-term conditions (asthma, hypertension, diabetes)
* Conduct structured medication reviews and manage repeat prescriptions
* Provide expert advice on acute requests, discharge summaries, and clinical letters
* Support QOF and IIF performance
* Empower patients through education and guidance
Essential Criteria:
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification
* Clinical experience managing asthma, hypertension or diabetes
