Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and practices, with the ability to provide expert advice and representation to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing legal cases.
Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
* Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
* Attend court hearings and represent clients as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications.
* Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
* Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills to manage an independent caseload efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills and attitude towards client care.
* Strong drafting skills in legal submissions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT applications relevant to the role.
* A keen eye for detail in all aspects of legal documentation and correspondence.
