- Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, focusing particularly on Stroke and Dysphagia cases.- Collaborate with a holistic team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Develop and implement tailored therapeutic programmes to help patients achieve their communication goals.- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.- Provide advice and training to relatives, carers, and other professionals about communication difficulties.- Maintain records and write reports on patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.Requirements:
