What we’re looking for…
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for a number of AG Barr’s significant Commercial Project Portfolio. Managing multiple projects you will attend meetings, deal with a high volume of information, facilitate effective communication, and proactively drive projects forward to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
A demanding and multi-faceted role you will have the unique opportunity to work across various high profile and high impact projects that will support our ambitious growth plans.
Your responsibilities will include...
1. End to End Project Management:
2. Manage NPD and EPD projects all the way from inception to launch
3. Maintain a comprehensive, real-time overview of projects, including their status, timelines, dependencies and risks
4. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that all projects are progressing towards their goals and staying on schedule
5. Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and conflicts within and between projects and develop mitigation strategies
6. Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring they are efficient, productive, and focused on key actions and decisions
7. Action and Task Management:
8. Capture, document, and track all action items and decisions arising
9. Assign clear ownership for each action item to the appropriate individual or team
10. Escalate overdue or critical action items to relevant project sponsors or management
11. Resource and Stakeholder Management:
12. Help to identify and allocate resources needed for the successful execution of projects.
13. Coordinate with various stakeholders, cross functionally, to ensure projects are sufficiently resourced and any gaps are highlighted
14. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
15. Reporting and Analytics:
16. Generate regular status reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and resource needs
17. Use data and metrics to analyse project performance and identify areas for process improvement.
What you’ll bring…
18. Relevant Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential
19. Project management experience and delivery in an FMCG environment
20. Significant time management and organisational skills
21. Advanced communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
22. Proactive problem solving
23. Analytical and critical thinking skills
