Job Description:
Our client a successful agricultural and manufacturing company is seeking a permananent yard operative to join their team based near Bodmin.
This role is an asap start - Pending a successful interview.
Driving is essential due to the location of the site.
What we offer:
1. Monday - Friday - Some weekends maybe required.
2. £30,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE.
3. 45 - 47.5H per week - Plus overtime.
4. Permanent position.
The role:
5. To drive a telehandler in the site yard unloading and loading large square and round agricultural bales. This will include precise loading of production line
6. To competently manage stock within the yard.
7. To operate concise recording procedures and work closely with management in order to optimise end products,
Essential skills:
8. Telehandler operator. Minimum 12 months driving telescopic handlers in an agricultural or industrial environment.
9. Experience or background in an agricultural or industrial environment.
10. Experience in working with mechanical / industrial machinery.
11. Good communications skills and be able to work well within a small team.
12. Punctual and good attendance.
Desirable skills:
13. Forklift operator.
14. Tractor driving / handling experience.
15. Previous farm experience.
