About the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost management for this flagship project, ensuring value for money and financial efficiency. Working closely with a highly skilled team, your responsibilities will include procurement, contract management, and providing accurate cost analysis to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage cost control across all project stages, from initial budgeting to final account. Prepare, monitor, and forecast project budgets. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the highest standards of service. What We’re Looking For 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an Irish or UK Main Contractor. Strong background in managing large-scale civils projects. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Familiarity with construction regulations and contract management.
