We provide great training, excellent career progression opportunities and a supportive team culture.Salary:£25,875.72 £1,127.50 weekend allowance p/aShifts run between: 08:00 - 16:30 from Monday to SundayContract: Permanent, 37 hrs per weekLocation:Ballykinler Camp, Northern Ireland, BT30 0EQInterviews:Will take place the week of 23rd FebMain ResponsibilitiesMaintaining overall cleanliness across the camp to ensure all facilities are safe, tidy and fit for purposeCleaning offices, communal areas and accommodation blocks including ablutions and shower facilitiesCarrying out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuumingManaging cleaning stock and supplies to ensure materials are always availableSupporting general building maintenance to keep facilities in good working orderCompleting occasional basic ground maintenance tasksConducting accommodation handover / take back dutiesCompleting accurate documentation using both paper-based and digital systemsUndertaking additional duties as required to support the smooth running of the siteThe Ideal CandidateBasic housekeeping or caretaking knowledgeUnderstanding of Health & Safety proceduresStrong communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamConfidence completing simple documentationBasic IT skills, including using a tabletA valid UK driving licence is essential due to the rural location*Please note that all interview-related correspondence will be sent via email.
