Hotel Operations Manager
1. Manage daily hotel operations: Ensure all departments function efficiently.
2. Supervise and support staff: Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
3. Guest satisfaction: Address complaints, resolve issues, and exceed guest expectations.
4. Financial management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation (room rates, services, etc.).
5. Booking system management: Monitor and manage hotel booking systems to ensure optimal occupancy rates.
6. Strategy development: Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and customer loyalty.
7. Compliance: Maintain adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
You would be engaged, managed, and paid by the employer through the Grafter platform.
