We are seeking a hands-on, friendly Touring Warden to look after our touring facilities and pitches. If you love the outdoors and enjoy meeting new people, this role offers a rewarding way to be part of our guest experience. Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they are settled and comfortable on their pitch. - Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities, including showers, toilets, and communal areas. - Provide helpful information about the park and surrounding area, answering any guest queries. - Ensure pitches are kept tidy and prepared for new arrivals, supporting a clean and welcoming environment. - Conduct regular checks of the touring area to maintain safety and address any maintenance issues. Requirements - Experience in a customer service role is beneficial. - Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working in an outdoor setting. - Strong communication skills with a passion for helping guests. - Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times. - A team player who can adapt to dynamic, guest-focused environments.
