Employment – Glasgow (Assignment 17151)
1. Seeking Associate to Legal Director level solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) to manage a varied employment caseload.
2. Advises on TUPE, business transfers, contracts, policies, exits, and settlement agreements.
3. Offers hybrid working, competitive salary, and involvement in client development.
Senior Litigation/Contentious-Construction – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 11987)
4. Role open to solicitors with 2–7 years’ PQE, ideally with construction litigation or related experience.
5. Involves handling contentious claims and disputes through mediation, adjudication, litigation, and arbitration.
6. Offers career progression in a leading firm with flexible location options.
Family – Edinburgh (Assignment 17364)
7. Requires 3+ years’ PQE in family law; accreditation or willingness to attain it is preferred.
8. Manages complex financial provision cases, court work, and a personal caseload with minimal supervision.
9. Based in Edinburgh with flexible working options, including Glasgow office or 4-day week.
Corporate – Glasgow (Assignment 17319)
10. Join a high-performing corporate team advising start-ups and growth-stage businesses.
11. Handles acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements, and incentive schemes.
12. Minimum 2 years’ PQE with strong transactional skills and client-facing experience required.
Commercial – South Lanarkshire (Assignment 17062)
13. In-house role focused on commercial contracts for a global technology and safety leader.
14. Requires 2+ years’ PQE and experience in contracts; data protection/export control knowledge beneficial.
15. Based in South Lanarkshire with hybrid/remote and part-time options available.
In-House Legal Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 17340)
16. Work in-house with a global offshore wind company on high-value energy projects.
17. Drafts and negotiates commercial contracts (FIDIC, LOGIC, BIMCO), advises on claims and regulation.
18. Up to 4 years’ PQE required, ideally with experience in energy/infrastructure sectors.
