About The Role
As a Senior Marketing Activation Executive specialising in European markets, with key focus countries including Germany, Netherlands, and France, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth across these regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives tailored to the unique characteristics and preferences of consumers in these countries.
This position requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, influencers, partnerships, affiliates and more.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities in each country.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer behaviours, pricing strategies and promotional activations within European beauty markets.
* Analyse market data and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development specific to each country.
Brand Activation:
* Implement brand activation initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement in target markets, with particular attention to Germany, Netherlands, and France.
* Collaborate with brand teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and relevance across all marketing touchpoints in these countries.
Partnership and Collaboration
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, influencers, and organisations in Germany, Netherlands, and France to amplify brand presence and reach.
* Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize mutual benefits and achieve marketing objectives in each market.
Regular Reporting and Analysis:
* Conduct regular reviews of activation plans and results, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
Marketing Calendar Ownership:
* Key contact/owner of the Europe Marketing Calendar.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining monthly activation plans and timelines for each region.
* Present calendar on a weekly/monthly basis to key senior stakeholders.
* Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and go live effectively.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in marketing activation, campaign management, or brand marketing, with a focus on European markets, especially Germany, Netherlands, and France.
* Strong understanding of consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market dynamics in these countries.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
* Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
