Branch Manager – Maidenhead
Previous builders merchant management experience is essential for this role.

What You Will Do
As an experienced Branch Manager you will lead a passionate team, cultivating a strong culture of connectivity across the full branch operation—from customer care and delivery logistics to stock management. You will balance team leadership with operational excellence, driving AOP results to smash targets and instilling a culture of safety and superior customer support. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include coordinating sales, overseeing distribution, maintaining optimal stock levels, coaching staff, leading market‑leading recruitment and ensuring rigorous safety standards.
