Overview
We are supporting a company based in Peterborough who are recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain professional on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. You will be offered hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home (however it will be office based while you complete training).
Responsibilities
* Perform data analysis to track and identify when forecast adjustments are required.
* Oversee the operational planning for supply chain.
* Prepare data for monthly review meetings as well as facilitate meetings.
* Build relationships with Publisher teams and external suppliers and carriers.
* Create and develop forecasts using sales data and market trends.
* Maintain documentation for order placements and planning processes and systems.
* Identify cost saving benefits and improvements in forecasting techniques and methods to support KPIs.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, as well as experience working in an internal service function.
* Ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data and identify problems or trends.
* Good communication skills and adaptability to business needs.
