We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our care team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You could be helping with personal care, preparing meals, providing companionship, or supporting clients with medication. Full training is provided through our comprehensive induction programme, which includes shadowing experienced carers and competency assessments to ensure you are confident and ready before your first solo visit.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
* Administer medication following care plans and MAR charts
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Support clients with mobility and transfers
* Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
* Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly

* Compassionate and caring nature
* Right to work in the UK
* Flexible availability including some weekends
* Good communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
