Practice Manager – Expanding Private Dermatology Clinic

City Dermatology Clinic is a leading private dermatology clinic specialising in minor procedures, working with top consultants, and entering an exciting phase of expansion to multiple locations.
We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager, ideally from a private dental background, who wants more than a maintenance role and is motivated to help grow and develop a high-performing clinic.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for an experienced Dental Practice Manager looking for a new challenge.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the clinic, leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. You will work closely with the Director and Operations Manager to support new projects, services, and future locations, while ensuring ongoing compliance.
This role requires someone confident working with senior clinicians, able to lead people effectively, and comfortable taking responsibility without close supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for CQC management, compliance, and staff accountability
* Coaching and supporting team members to maintain regulatory standards
* Handling patient complaints and customer service escalation
* Driving performance, standards, and positive patient reviews and testimonials
* Leading, motivating, and delegating effectively across the team
* Problem-solving and taking ownership of issues end-to-end
* Supporting new services, projects, and future clinic locations
* Availability outside core hours when required
