Child Action Northwest is an award-winning charity providing a range of innovative and creative services across the North of England that support children, families and vulnerable adults. We are looking to recruit 4 suitably experienced and qualified Practitioners to support the coordinator with the Our Voice, One Voice trailblazer project in Lancashire. Having secured funding via the NHS, we are looking to provide therapeutic and lower level mental health support to children and young people under the care of the local authority (Children in Care) and those leaving the care system (Care Leavers). This is an exciting opportunity to provide much needed support to those in need.
Responsibilities
* Support the coordinator to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate the therapeutic strand of the project.
* Deliver 1-1 and group based therapeutic interventions to children and young people.
* Work in partnership with external agencies and families.
Requirements
* 4 suitably experienced and qualified Practitioners (job advert indicates relevant qualifications and experience).
* Experience in therapeutic and mental health support for children and young people in care settings or related environments.

* Pattern of work: Term time only with up to 5 additional days.
