About the role
* Lead a small team of specialists to drive customer revenue through digital marketing and web channels.
* Focus on key metrics such as churn prevention, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and more.
* Grow the team as you exceed your objectives.
* Implement a localisation strategy for different markets, adopting the best ideas from the main company.
You
* Experience as an ecommerce, growth, or digital marketing leader with a track record of selling directly to consumers online in the German and/or French markets.
