Responsibilities
* Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and promoting self-expression; implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.
* Memorable Shopping Experiences: Provide positive and inclusive interactions, helping customers find pieces that reflect their personality and celebrate who they are.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in comprehensive training as a piercing expert, guide customers through the piercing process, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
* Store Operations: Oversee store operations with efficiency, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the team; foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results.
* Brand Representation: Promote Claire's products with enthusiasm and ensure the store is well-merchandised to reflect latest trends and maximize sales opportunities.
About You

* Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
* Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.
* Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You can engage customers, build relationships, and close sales.
* Ability to Work Independently: You are self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed.
Job Requirements
* Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
* Proficiency with a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales.
* High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail management experience.
* Ability to stand for scheduled shifts and lift/move up to 25-75 lbs (11-35 kg).
* Capability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Passion for providing opportunities for customers to express themselves daily.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and management.
* Strong numerical skills for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn; ability to work alone at times if required.
* Stay up to date with fashion trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* Ability to create curated fashion looks with product during shifts.
