As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will help drive customer traffic and enhance the in-store brand experience through targeted advertising campaigns, promotions, and retail events. Working closely with marketing, creative, and retail teams, you will coordinate marketing initiatives that support store performance and ensure consistent brand presentation across all locations.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.
What we’re looking for:
* Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Adobe Photoshop is an advantage but not a necessity
* Must demonstrate a high degree of analytics, expense awareness and control.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to problem solve
* Friendly and approachable with a can‑do attitude
* Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross‑functional groups
* Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy
* Must possess strong organisational and time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload
* Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly
* Experience of working in a Retail environment is desirable.
* Self‑starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
