My client is a large manufacturing business based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. Looking for support in their HR team, they are looking to recruit a data entry administrator to support with a time-keeping exception exercise which is essential for weekly payroll processing.
Your new role
Based in a small and newly formed HR team, you will be responsible for working through time exceptions in the business time-keeping system. This time-sensitive task will see you work through a list of breaks and over time logged hours and override in order for it to be escalated to payroll. This is a simple yet essential daily task, which will involve sending daily reports to managers for approval and liaising with payroll for processing. You will also support with other ad hoc office-based administration, such as scanning and filing time logs, as well as data entry for HR related administration. You will be based on site, working from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, this is a site-only role and no home working will be available.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a good level of attention to detail, as well as goodputer literacy! This role will suit someone who thrives in a process driven role, and works best when they have clear daily tasks toplete. You will befortable taking messages for your HR counterparts both in person and via the telephone if necessary, and be a true team player! You will have a can-do attitude and be willing to help with extra admin as required.
What you'll get in return
You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week from Monday - Friday, working from 8am - 5pm! This role is anticipated to run until March 2026, and offers ample free on site parking. You will have access to a hot food service canteen for break times, and you will have an hourly rate of £ plus holiday roll up!
