Telesales Executive – Security Services Contracts Location: Nottingham The Role of Telesales Executive * This is an office-based telesales role working as part of a dynamic and sociable team within the security services sector. * Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. * You will be responsible for engaging with business customers over the phone, building relationships, identifying requirements and generating new opportunities for security service contracts. * This role is a blend of outbound business development calls and handling inbound enquiries generated through marketing activity. * You will be using a CRM system to manage a pipeline of SME and mid-market customers, speaking with decision makers including business owners, facilities managers and operations managers to introduce security services solutions including manned guarding, CCTV, alarm response and site protection services. * This is an entry / early career opportunity where the Telesales Executive will receive full training and structured development support.
