Senior MEP BIM Coordinator

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum + excellent benefits
A well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join their growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven BIM professional to work on high-profile projects within a modern, collaborative office environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will take a lead role in coordinating MEP services using BIM methodologies across a range of technically challenging projects. Working closely with design teams, project managers, and site teams, they will ensure models are fully coordinated, clash-free, and aligned with project and construction requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP BIM coordination across multiple projects
Manage and coordinate federated models using industry-standard software
Run and review clash detection processes and resolve issues proactively
Ensure BIM standards, workflows, and protocols are maintained
Support project teams from design through to construction and handover
Mentor and support junior BIM staff where required

Requirements
Proven experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator (senior level preferred)
Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows
Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work full-time from the Canary Wharf office
