The McDermott group is seeking an HSEQ Advisor based in Perth, Scotland, to uphold high standards in health, safety, environmental protection, and quality management.

* HSEQ Officer
* Holidays: 30 days, with 1 additional day per year of service (up to 5 days), plus a holiday buy-back scheme of 5 days.

Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HSEQ standards and accreditations.
* Develop and monitor procedures within the Quality Management System.
* Provide guidance and training on HSEQ matters to staff and management.
* Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure compliance.
* Prepare health and safety policies and risk assessments.
* Lead in-house training sessions on QHSE topics.
* Maintain records of incidents, inspections, and audits.
* Stay updated with legislation and industry developments.
* Manage hazardous substances and emergency procedures.
* Ensure equipment safety and proper disposal of hazardous materials.
* Possess NEBOSH General or equivalent certification.
* Proficient in MS Office and risk assessment tools.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
* Must have full rights to work in the UK (IDLR or Settled Status).
