What you will be doing As a holiday home sales senior advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes. You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, and you will guide them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need to make a decision. You will have stretching sales targets which you will be keen to exceed, setting an example to more junior members of the team. Some of your day would be touring potential owners around a fantastic environment including the sand dunes, sea views, plots available and facilities on site. This role would also include working weekends and bank holidays.
