DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented, bright, and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role involves advising senior Operations leaders, developing and executing talent management strategies, and fostering organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a culture steward, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed Amazon's unique culture into the employee experience. Additionally, you will establish standard processes and policies, guide the organization through change, and serve as the proxy for the HR Manager at your Fulfillment Center.
Key job responsibilities
1. Drive Associate engagement programs, act as Employee Relations SME, and monitor feedback to enhance employee relations, retention, and rewards.
2. Manage labor relations and complex cases, integrating legislative changes into HR policies.
3. Create people-centric plans aligned with business strategies, focusing on talent development.
4. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives for management levels.
5. Facilitate talent review processes and succession planning with management.
6. Analyze data to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment.
7. Lead HR projects and change initiatives, including implementing new tools and technologies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of HR practices, trends, and tools.
* Proficiency with MS Office and HR Information Systems.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical skills and decision-making based on data.
* Influencing skills.
