Office is based in Cookstown - Permanent role - Monday - Friday role (37 hour week).

Key Responsibilities

Provides expert advice and support on roof window products, both before and after installation. This customer-facing role involves handling technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other channels with clear, accurate technical guidance.
* Support customers with product selection, specifications, and installation planning, including advice on regulations and best practice.
* Troubleshoot post-installation issues such as faults, installation errors, and warranty claims, escalating or arranging site visits where needed.
* Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations throughout the support process.
* Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex cases when required.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, installation methods, and technical developments.
* Undertake additional duties as required in line with business needs.

* Experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information simply.
* Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Good organisation and time management skills.
* A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
