Intervention Specialist – Hayes (Primary)
£100–£130 per day | Full Time | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving pupil progress and closing learning gaps? A fantastic primary school in Hayes is looking for an experienced Intervention Specialist to deliver targeted academic support across KS1 and KS2.

If you thrive in a role where you can see measurable impact — and you love helping pupils build confidence and catch up — this could be perfect for you.

The Role
• Deliver focused 1:1 and small-group interventions in reading, phonics, writing and maths
• Support pupils with SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and EAL
• Plan structured sessions that accelerate progress and boost attainment
• Track and monitor pupils’ development alongside class teachers
• Work closely with the SENCO and SLT to identify priority pupils
• Help pupils regulate, stay on task and develop positive learning habits

What I’m Looking For
• Strong experience delivering primary interventions — essential
• Confident with phonics, reading fluency and maths reasoning
• Ability to tailor sessions to individual and group needs
• Calm, proactive, organised and SEND-aware
• Someone positive who builds trust quickly
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children

What the School Offers
• £100–£130 per day
• Immediate start with long-term potential
• Supportive staff and leadership team
• A friendly environment that values intervention work
• Free SEND, phonics and behaviour training
• Continuous support from a dedicated consultant

If you’re committed to helping pupils make real academic progress and you have strong intervention experience, I’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and I’ll be in touch the same day.
