Hilden Park School is an independent specialist day school providing high‑quality education for pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.
As part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.

Here are the key qualifications and experience we’re looking for:
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
* Experience supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure provision of clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Confident, engaging and effective model, guide, leader and trainer.
* Highly organised and initiative‑driven.
* Committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
