Altum Consulting are working with a well-established international business looking to bring in a Senior Change & Transformation Manager.

The Senior Change & Transformation Manager will play a central role in designing and embedding a robust Change Management framework that supports major business programmes, driving engagement, alignment, and sustainable delivery across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Change Management framework across strategic transformation programmes.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to embed best practices in communication, engagement, and capability development.
* Drive alignment between business goals and change activity, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
* Establish governance, tracking, and reporting to monitor adoption and benefit realisation.
* Build and empower a network of internal change champions across regions and functions.
* Collaborate with Learning & Development to strengthen organisational change capability.
* Anticipate and manage resistance to change, fostering a culture of collaboration, readiness, and accountability.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring programmes achieve sustainable results.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrable experience leading large-scale, multi-dimensional change initiatives in complex organisations.
* Formal Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR) is highly desirable.
* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
* Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivery.
