. Swinton. £28k – £30k doe ( office based )
An established and successful manufacturing firm are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team at their offices in Swinton. Duties will include;
1. Sales ledger – raising up to 70 invoices per week
2. Purchase Ledger – inputting up to 600 invoices per month – this will be shared between the team
3. Credit control – this will only be an occasional requirement
4. Checking weekly payroll reports – reporting anomalies and authorising over time ( no previous payroll experience needed )
5. Bank and statement reconciliations
6. Posting customer receipts
7. Managing production reports using basic Excel
To be successful, you will have previous Accounts experience, be used to working as part of a small team and be able to multitask. This role won’t lead to progression opportunities. Due to location, own transport is needed
