*About the position:*
Cox Automotive is seeking a Implementation Specialist to manage large, complex, and critical programs within the EV Battery Solutions (EVBS) division.
This role requires a self-starter who can support new and existing clients, ensuring adherence to the EVBS Performance Management Framework. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, engineers, and operational business stakeholders, managing all operational, business, and finance aspects of assigned programs, and ensuring optimal operational delivery through regular reporting and engagement with the team.
You'll also lead regular status meetings, communicating proactively with clients, and identifying issues and opportunities within accounts to provide solutions and potential new sales opportunities.
The position requires travel of up to 50% and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some office presence required in Rugby.
*Responsibilities*
* Support new and/or existing clients and ensure adherence to EVBS Performance Management Framework.
* Act as the primary point of contact for EVBS clients for all aspects of assigned programs.
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, engineers, and operational business stakeholders.
* Manage operational, business, and finance aspects of the program.
* Ensure optimal operational delivery of client work via regular reporting and engagement with the team.
* Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure issuance and replenishment of purchase orders.
* Communicate proactively with clients on production recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions.
* Lead regular status/update meetings with clients and internal teams.
* Identify issues and opportunities within accounts and projects to provide solutions and potential new sales opportunities.
* Facilitate face-to-face communication and client program feedback.
* Design and maintain program artifacts such as meeting agendas, RAID logs, and project updates.
* Identify risks associated with the program and enable the program team to execute mitigation plans.
* Lead and manage projects to deliver business objectives and maintain cadence.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Oversee EVBS implementation projects and support project teams.
* Organize, manage, direct, and drive all activities and artifacts for the program.
* Schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
* Experience with EV batteries highly preferred along with experience with automotive OEMs.
* 6+ years in project management, client solutions, sales, and/or operational roles.
* Client-facing exposure with proven ability to develop strong relationships.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to design communication to convey complicated issues clearly.
* Proficient with MS Office tools: Project/Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Lucid, Word.
* Experience with reviewing and/or writing SOWs/contracts is a plus.
