Customer Service Advisor (12-Month Maternity Cover – Potential Permanent Opportunity)
Location: Sheffield
Hours: 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join our Sheffield team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Welcome customers both in person and over the phone
15. Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer updates
16. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication
17. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
18. Maintain accurate records and update systems with attention to detail
19. Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You
20. Previous experience in a customer service, administration, reception, or service advisor role
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
23. Confident IT user with the ability to learn new systems quickly
24. Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
25. Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
