Are you an experienced D365 Business Central Project Manager with a strong track record delivering successful implementations within a Microsoft Partner environment? This role isn’t just about managing projects, it’s about leading from the front. You’ll not only oversee key D365BC implementations (75%) but also play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding other project managers (25%) within the team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects across diverse industries.
* Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and coaching to junior and mid-level project managers.
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, on-time, and high-quality delivery.
* Contribute to the continual improvement of PMO practices and project delivery frameworks.
* Represent the business in strategic client discussions, helping shape the direction of future projects.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering D365 Business Central projects, ideally across multiple sectors.
* Background working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
* Experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential.
* Ability to mentor, support, and develop project management colleagues.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
* Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is highly beneficial.
* Fluent in English (additional European languages a bonus).
