The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Shopper Marketing Specialist for our Consumer Business Group, you will collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world and work with iconic brands such as Scotch™, Post‑it®, Scotch‑Brite®, Filtrete®, Command®, Nexcare™, Meguiar’s® and Futuro™, leading trade promotion strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for assigned customers or channels.
* Build relationships with key marketing personnel at accounts and collaborate with 3M sales and marketing teams.
* Evaluate promotional effectiveness of various marketing tactics by setting and tracking relevant KPIs.
* Ensure successful new product launches by implementing effective sales tools for NPI, Sampling, Promotions, and events.
* Work closely with Area Marketing to ensure impactful marketing materials and messages at point of purchase online or offline.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
* Demonstrated combined experience in sales, marketing, analytics or category management within the consumer packaged goods industry.
* Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
* Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams.
* Previous experience in shopper marketing, eCommerce, or advanced analytics.
Job Specifics
* Location: On‑site at the 3M office in Bracknell, Berkshire (minimum four days a week).
* Travel: Up to 10% domestic within the defined sales territory.
* Working pattern: Full time.
* Remuneration: £high-reaching dependent on skills and experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
