Our recently opened free school in Southgate is seeking enthusiastic, caring and committed lunchtime supervisors to help establish strong routines and a positive school culture from the outset. In this role you will: Support pupils as they learn and adopt new lunchtime routines Help foster a sense of community, respect and courtesy throughout the lunch period Engage children in safe and enjoyable play, encouraging cooperation and kindness Maintain awareness of safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times Work closely with senior staff to refine and shape the lunchtime environment We offer excellent induction training, wellbeing initiatives and opportunities for career progression as our school continues to grow.
