Receptionist role at The Rosary Nursing Home, Durleigh, Bridgwater, Somerset. Salary £12.60 per hour. Requisition: 226077. Department: Health and Social Care (Administrative Staff).
Responsibilities
* Interact with relatives, residents and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Handle a wide range of administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations in the care home.
Qualifications
* Excellent people skills and a positive, helpful approach.
* Strong IT experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience in a customer service setting is essential.
* A caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated mindset, with an interest in working in a growing and progressive organisation.
