As Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. Working alongside the Technical Sales Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day sales activities, identify new opportunities, and ensure a smooth customer journey. It’s a varied, fast-paced role that offers plenty of scope to grow and contribute to the wider success of the business. What you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers Proactively reaching out to existing accounts and generating new leads Following up on inbound enquiries and quoting for new business Logging all activity in the CRM to support transparency and pipeline visibility Supporting the wider team to deliver excellent customer service Keeping up to date with market changes and industry trends Bringing ideas, solutions, and a collaborative spirit to the table What we’re looking for: You might be a graduate with a background in engineering or similar, you might have a year or two customer service experience under your belt.
