The aim of this post is to effectively coordinate and administer all aspects of the legal process of house sales, ensuring excellent customer service and the delivery of key targets. Duties will include: * Working to a monthly budget and forecast * Liaise with legal and financial representatives to underwrite a smooth and trouble-free sales process * Engage with estate agent to gain clear and up-to-date information * Delivery of sales contracts within the company’s’ prescribed timescales * Report on progress against forecasts * Attend weekly management meetings * Work alongside a talented Sales team We’re looking for the following skills and experience: * Understanding of the legal process of house sales * Experience of working with legal terminology * Examples of successfully working with a range of stakeholders * Good planning skills and a strong attention to detail * Organised, methodical and an ability to work to strict deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication * IT skills Bringing together two trusted housebuilding brands, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, untypical aims to make a positive difference to the UK housebuilding market and help to provide greater access to homes which are affordable for buyers.
