They’re looking for a Senior Designer / Project Lead — someone confident, organised, and ready to take the lead on projects from concept through to delivery.

What they’re looking for:
* 6+ years’ experience in interior design (hospitality).
* Someone who can lead a small team and manage projects with care and confidence.
* A clear communicator who’s comfortable working directly with clients and consultants.
* Strong concept and presentation skills — hand sketching, digital visuals, and layout.
* Solid technical knowledge with experience producing detailed drawing packs in AutoCAD.
* Confident across SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
* Develop and present design concepts.
* Guide your team through the design and technical stages.
* Attend site meetings, workshops and reviews to keep projects on track.
* Coordinate with suppliers, consultants and contractors.
* Build material palettes and develop FF&E through to specification.
* Balance multiple projects and deadlines.
