In this hands-on role, you’ll support the Conference & Banqueting Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service across all our conferences, events, and social occasions. You’ll ensure every guest leaves with a smile and every event runs seamlessly — from the first welcome coffee to the last champagne toast. A day in your world : Support in managing the day-to-day operations of our conference and banqueting department. Lead by example — engaging, training, and developing the team to deliver outstanding guest service. Bring creativity to the table — contributing new ideas to enhance our events and guest experience. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and flawless event execution. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, safety, and efficiency. What we’re looking for: A hands-on leader with previous experience in events or banqueting management within hospitality. Someone passionate about people — both guests and team members.
