We are seeking a dedicated and organised Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Handle bookkeeping tasks using GDS as required.
* Support the team with organisational tasks to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
* Maintain an organised workspace and assist with inventory management of office supplies.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy, are necessary.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required.
* Experience with QuickBooksan Gds is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
