We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us for this special role. You help organise and deliver events online and face to face, and create digital content, research and oversee a survey and help analyse the results. In time, you will run information exchange events, focus groups, make social media content, create case studies and influence landlords and Government. You need to be confident working with a wide range of people and diverse communities in Wales. For those who want it, role has a development pathway to bigger opportunities and rewards.

TPAS Cymru is a not-for-profit organisation, part funded by Welsh Government. For 35 years, we have worked across Wales in developing effective tenant engagement and tenant voice in housing through training, support, practical projects and policy development. About The Role
Background to this role
Across Wales, there are 222,000 social housing households (Council housing and Housing Associations) and 230,000 private renters.
At TPAS Cymru, we want the voice and experiences of tenants to be at the heart of plans and heard in decision making both locally and at national level.
Events & Communications Co-ordinator
You help organise and deliver events online and face to face, and create digital content, research and oversee a survey and help analyse the results. In time, you will run information exchange events, focus groups, make social media content, create case studies and influence landlords and Government. Additional Information
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working based at our Cardiff office with some travel in Wales.
Hours: 5 days/35 hours per week
(Note: However if you are interested in doing fewer hours to suit your needs, do let us know)
Salary: £27,000 per annum FTE
