We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Rawdon, LS19. Details of the role are as follows:
Monday to Thursday shift is 4pm - 8pm totalling 16hrs per week.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to drive to different locations as needed.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all contractual cleaning hours are delivered to the client.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately while adhering to recycling guidelines.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant personnel.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times while performing cleaning tasks.
