Portico are currently looking for the next administration superstar!
We have an exciting opportunity available for an exceptional Admin Assistant to join our team based at a revered bank in the city.
The role of Administration Assistant is to provide administrative assistance to the client team across corporate services. Duties include diary management, minute taking, organization of travel requirements, liaising with the bank’s vendors and other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships with the bank’s Directors and their teams, as well as other departments, ensuring that they are a proud ambassador for both the bank and Portico during every interaction.
Shifts: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
Salary: £42,612

The successful candidate will: -
* Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both face to face and over the telephone.
* Be able to engage with other people to build rapport at all levels.
* Have immaculate personal presentation & appearance.
* Have a consistently excellent customer focused manner.
* Be proactive, helpful, open minded, adaptable, and flexible in an ever changing and evolving business.
* Have an ability to manage change.
* Have a keen eye for detail.
* Have a willingness to travel as and when required to regional offices to participate in training and coaching.
