Key Responsibilities: Liaise with site contacts to arrange surveys based on location of surveyor in line with skills matrix and issue confirmation notice Produce planned schedules for large projects of work Be proactive regarding future work volume for field team locations, evaluating other options or liaising with other departments where new work is required Ensure field team are aware of all scheduled work including any special instructions Ensure daily minimum total value of scheduled surveys is met and maximum productivity is achieved in line with company targets Resolve daily access problems ensuring issues are fed back to account managers and customers Manage sub-contractor costs in line with gross margins Give insight regarding process improvements and field team performance Provide excellent customer service at all times Monitor field team arrival times against times agreed with site contacts The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organisation and the overall business.
