Position: Temporary Finance Administrator
Location: Worsley - On Street Parking
Start Date: ASAP - 4 weeks (possibly extended)
Salary: £13.50-£15.50 per hour depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (10am-2pm). Days and hours are flexible.
Our client is seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to support their financial operations. This role involves a variety of tasks suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Orders and Suppliers: Oversee order processing and liaise with suppliers.
* Processing Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices: Handle creation and management with accuracy.
* Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
* Expenses Management: Process and track employee expense claims.
* Reporting: Maintain internal reports to support financial analysis.
* Accounts Receivable and Payable: Use Xero to manage accounts, raise relevant documents, and follow up on payments.
* Client Accounts Management: Maintain client accounts accurately.
* Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to financial regulations and policies.
* Team Support: Provide administrative support including travel bookings and diary management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
* Experience in finance administration or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork and proactive problem-solving abilities.
